Need to replace Caliper

My driver's side rear brake is sticking after I did a brake pad and lube job on all the brakes. After driving just a little bit the wheel is really hot and an excessive amount of brake dust is on the wheel. I went back and made sure everything was lined up right and lubed up more, but still to no avail...

Also could this gap be the culprit, I noticed it on both sides but this side a little more exaggerated,

Any advice?

It almost seems as if the parking brake mechanism is stuck. Make sure they cable isn't seized (push in and out by hand), and that pivot point moves freely. I have a problem with mine as well (threaded pin and retainer clip are wore out, so it just pops off when ebrake lever is pulled).
