I slipped into a ditch a few days ago when going over a bridge on a rainy day. I broke my rim, bent my steering knuckle(spindle), bent my lower control arm, bent my tie rods, and bent my Cross member.

I would like to change all that stuff and straighten my cross member. Can anyone give me any good advice on this job. I need some reference for proper torque settings on the screws, can someone get me a link to any guides or anything?
BTW, I notice that the shock and spring are on the lca, how do i change that safely without having them expand on me?
