Need help with Aje k-member and a-arms for LT1

Can anyone explain where the hardware goes for these items. I consider myself pretty intelligent but I was staring at this handful of parts like Chinese algebra. I have 4 bolts that are about 2 inches long with flat washers. I have 2 bolts that are about 4 inches long and 2 that are about 6 inches long. I also have 4 nylon locking nutz and a handful of spacers, four of which have a conical shape at one end. The others are just cylindrical and about 1/2-3/4 of an inch long, about 6 of these. Thanks for any help, I have a motor hanging by 2x6s

The only thing Im not happy with is the fact I think I got a Friday k-member. I had quite a bit of hardware missing. Also, the directions are written by someone who installs these thing all day long. I didnt get any directions on how to install the a-arms. I know its not that hard but there are quite a few spacers and its a little comfusing if you haven't installed one before. As far as the parts themselves they seem to be good quality. Everything I have read on here has said that it is a quality product. I just think the logistic side of the house needs work. We'll see how it functions
