Nasty LS1 rear brake squeak solved

Got my 9" rear installed and had a nasty squeak from the rear LS1 brakes. It went away when you used the parking brake while at speed.

The squeak was from the top of the parking brake pad assembly rubbing on the brake backing plate while at any speed. I little dab of grease on the back of the round like pad at the top and the squeak is completely gone.

I now how aggrevating it can be when troubleshooting squeaks so i just wanted to pass this along.

Thanks for the fix. I'm just finishing up my rear install from Eric as we speak and might run into the same problem. So how's the rear holding up so far?
