is this my bearing?

when i go 70mph+ my car begins to make some sort of rubbing sound on the front right, but wheni turn the wheel alittle bit to the right , it goes away, and ifi do it back to the left, its there again, anyideas? thanks

Jack it up and wiggle the wheel. That will tell you. You can't always tell if it's on the ground.
