anyone running kyb shocks and struts and the pro kit plus pacesetter lts or any lts if so hows the clearance thanks

i have a friend running pacesetter LTs and true 3" duals and his car is lowered i think 1.5", and his clearance issues are still alright, but i would advoid speed bumps

 

The clearance sucks. If you have/want longtubes I would not suggest lowering(unless you wanna run open headers). My clearance isnt even that great with the Macs.

 

i've been running kyb agx's, eibach pro kit and PS LT and ORY. avoid abrupt speed bumps(steep incline). the drivers side ths by far the lowest. so far i haven't had any issues hitting the the headers on the speed bumps with the pro kit. I had sportlins and the headers hit stuff. avoid the sportslines at all cost...they ride like crap!

 

i have pacesetter lts, and hotchkis 1" drop springs. Good combination i think. The pacesetters tuck up pretty well, and the springs dont lower it a ton. I've onlny scraped on 2 speedbumps, but they were huge and i couldnt avoid them. grrrrrr. I can go over 90% of the speedbumps out there without scraping.

 

Put it this way, I have Pacesetter long tubes and my car is at stock ride height. Right now, I have a little less then a soda can's distance between the header and the pavement. A drop kit will effect that even more. As mentioned above, Pacesetters are a good header in the respect that they tuck up very well. Some people have had major issues with dragging their exhaust and others as above, haven't had any complications. I guess the main this is to know your surroundings (dips in the road, speed bumps, pot holes, inclines,ect.)
