LT1 Brake stuck after vehicle sits 24hrs

So, I always park my car on a slope(5% not huge, but my bike rolls if the clutch is not engaged), so when I take the parking brake off my car should roll back...(should?)

however, when I put it in gear, I generally have to give it a bit of gas to break free... then it rolls just fine... any ideas?

Because the LT1 cars E-brake works by sliding the rear calipers in towards the differential and holding the outside pads against the rotor, the caliper guide pins may need to be inspected, re-greased and/or any rust removed.

hmm... e-brake is for rear correct?

i'm pretty certain this is my front right brake that continues to get stuck... thats where the sound comes from when it pops loose
