LS1 springs on an LT1

LS1 springs on an LT1
Anyone here put LS1 springs on a LT1 before? I know a guy that put them on the front to drop it a little. I was wondering tho, how much lower than stock will my LT1 be if i put LS1 springs on the front. (I'd like to get the front of my car .25-.5" lower than stock)
