ls1 rear brakes on lt1
I was thinking about upgrading to zo6 red calipers all around. I've read to do this I have to upgrade to the ls1 rear brake setup. What I was wondering if I have to pull the axles to do this upgrade?
Re: ls1 rear brakes on lt1
I have read that LS1 axles are required for the conversion. I have also read the LT1 axles will work.
I wish someone can put this to rest once and for all.
I am wanting some rear LS1 brakes but I am waiting for a good deal.

Re: ls1 rear brakes on lt1
Well since thirdgen.org FINALLY got back up and running, I did a little more reseach and you CAN bolt LS1 brakes on an LT1 rear. theres a few ppl that have done it and one of them said he just spaced the caliper back a little. the rest said itw as a direct bolt up. hope that helps.
