Just so you know the ride's going to be rough, since you'll have little to no suspension travel.
Up front your probably going to need new shocks and upper mounts. I go with a full set of Bilsteins for shocks, and for springs A set of Eibach Sportlines for a +98 ls1 camaro since the spring rate are a lot better. If your willing to modify your new upper mounts you'll regain some suspension travel and have a lot better ride quality. You do this by cutting off a maximum of 3/4" off the center section, you want the cut to be smooyh and even all the way around it. Then a stack of washers(1/2" to 3/4") to make up the difference between the top of the upper mount and nut on the top of the shock, and finally cut off about 1/2" off the top of the shock shaft for clearance. with the shock towers. In the rear Bilstein shocks new bumpstops (if needed) the rear Sportline springs, and a adjustable panhard bar to recenter the rear end assembly which will be off center after lowering.

BTW, there's a few bumpstop modifications that can be done in the rear, pm me if you want further details.
