Lowering spring and headers

I am sure this has been asked but my search kept freezing up. Running SLP longtubes with ZR1 315's in the rear. Have little clearance with headers being so low but would like to remove some of the gap in the wheel well. Are the sport line Ebich (spelling) acceptable. Anyone running the same setup?? I heard of the Strano springs being very good. Any input would be great!! Also do you think running QA1 setup would just be easier in the end, I have stock shocks so I would have to change them with the lowered springs to make sure I have travel in the shock. The car is mostly a street car with slight autocross so the stiffer the better for me.

If you're running the old SLP longtubes You probably want to stay away from lowering springs. Those are the lowest hanging headers out there. You could purchase some Koni S/A's (Single Adjustables) the fronts have a 2 position spring perch where you can lower the front about 3/4" and in the rear you do the hose mod (remove upper spring isolator and replace with wrapped heater hose arond the top coil). This will give you approx 3/4" drop all the way around with stock springs and at the same time take advantage of the best shocks out there. JMO
