Lowered and trying to get traction.
All right so heres a run down
94 z28, 400 RWHP N/A, prokit, RLB's, subframes, spec 4, 3.73's, 21mm rear sway bar, 35mm front sway, boxed LCA's, and a STB.
Ok so i have 17x9.5 zrl's, with M/T 275/40's, I also have 15x8 welds with also M/T's but I have yet been able to launch the car. What do I have to do?

ditch the lowering springs?
you seem to have all the mods that should help boost traction. but the springs are not helping you any.
you need to get the rear to squat...and stif springs don't allow that
