Low Traction Light????
I own a 97 Z M6 and when I am driving and apply the brakes, RIGHT before the car is completely stoped my "low trac" light comes on and the breaks surge slightly. I think it is a weak wheel speed sensor but I wandted to get someother opinions.

Re: Low Traction Light????
You'll probably find this from a search of the message board. However, I solved this issue on my Z28 by reseating the connectors on the back of the front wheel hubs. Just remove the wheel for easier access and pull off/push on the connector two or three times to make sure that they are perfectly seated and clean.
Re: Low Traction Light????
mine does it when applying teh breaks over a pothole or when i hit a pothole at a decent speed, i tend to swerve around em but once in a while they jump out at u
Re: Low Traction Light????
i have the exact same problem, every now and then when i hit the brakes right before i stop it feels like i loose brake pressure and have to hit the brakes harder, then the low trac light comes on.

it means you have abs and it detected low traction
Re: Low Traction Light????
Which cars had Traction Control....and how can u tell? I have assumed that ALL cars...no matter what make or model...with traction control has to have a button or switch to turn it off. True?
