line lock not holding car in burnout

my linelock will not hold my car during burnout, if i have street tires its ok but w/my et streets it starts to roll after about 1 second. i am unable to get these tires hot as a result and have had a best 60 ft time of 2.065. i have double checked for any air in the lines and there is none. help?

What line lock do you have? I have a Hurst and completely stock (and original) front brakes, and it will hold against a 6,000rpm 2nd gear burnout with 28" ET Drags.

Where in the system do you have the solenoid located?

I always pump my brakes then hold the pedal down and set the lineloc then take my foot off the brake and I never have any problems.

whenever you start your burnout start at max throttle......

you can always let out some, bit when the tires start to bite and you get back on it its going to push or go sideways
