LCA's or relocation?
LCA's or relocation?
I'm ordering an S60 rear from Strange in the near future and I want to put a little something else in while I'm under the car for traction as well. Is it worth getting the relocation brackets and new LCA's or could I just get new LCA's and get the same result? What are the benefits/disadvantages to each?
Thanks
Thanks
i say at least do the LCAs...they'll have stiffer design as well as the stiffer bushing to help maintain proper suspension geometry.
the brackets will help plant the rear wheels a little better. but are easily something you can add later

I was just on Summit and I saw Lakewood LCA's for $95 and then I see Hotchkis LCA's for like $220. What's the difference? How can there be that large of a price range for such similar parts?
Thanks

Your mainly paying for a label. The Hotchkis stuff is normally pretty expensive. You may even want to give Spohn a shot, they sell very good quality products at very good prices. LCAs will run around a hundred bucks and the reloc. brackets another 60.
