LCA questions

Well after yet another headache of trying to get the beast tuned. I ran into a problem with the Spohn TA banging the hell out of my underside and don't know why but the TA is pushed about 2-4 inches forward which is making the front of the TA banging with the crossmember and banging the floorboard up.

Anyways, one solution is to get adjustable LCA to push back the rear end and get a better clearence with the TA and crossmember.

Question is what the advantages with the poly end and spherical ends?

or the combo Spohn has.

or just get BMR
