Re: k member difference

I'm not sure I'd consider lighter than BMR to be a good thing for a street driven car. BMR K members have been known to break.

If your not in a rush to purchase a K-member,UMI and Spohn are planning on coming out with their versions this winter.

Re: k member difference

uh, I dont know who told you that BMR K-members have been known to break They are one of the best and lightest K-members made. Unlike other designs they dont incorperate the stock cast mount which makes them lighter and still allows for larger tubing for strength. IF the PA is lighter its only by maybe a pound or two. WOW. Not a selling point if you ask me. There are many 9 sec F-bodies using the BMR unit and I never hear them complaining of breakage. I have BMR's K-member so I should know. Unless you hit a stump or a large boulder that BMR isnt going anywhere. Yes there are design diffrences between all of these units. Which one is better is up to you. More F-body guys trust the BMR product. Check out there site www.bmrfabrication.com. Good luck in your decision.* One more thing Bud M have you ever owned a BMR K-member??
