I got cheap Advance auto parts whear ever brakes the silver brand and the rotors I put everything on and they squeak on turns and once and a while when im going straight. They really don't squeak when I brake. I bend the silencer and they were mint but then after 10 min there were real bad.

Should I buy better brakes or better rotors. They are new brakes and rotors in the back. I have low funds so they were the choice. I used that brake paste just to let you know.

 

I'm not sure, but I think those are semi-metallic pads; and because of that they will squeel at times; just the nature of semi-metallic pads. If you want to get completely rid of the squeel, get a set of ceramic pads.

 

They got better but when you take sharp turns you can hear them. Can you install brake pads on the wrong side? Happen to a friend and said switch your brakes from the back passenger side to the driver and vice- versa.

 

Certain cars are side-sensitive, but not ours.

 

Im gonna take my pads off and hopefully Advance auto will take them back. I will try Bendix brakes.

 

The squeaking kinda went away but when I make slow or fast sharp turns I can hear the brakes grinding into the rotors without applying the brakes. If I take sharp turns it squeals so loud that it scares me.

When I apply the brakes in the corner they DON'T SQUEAL!!!
