Angry I think my one of my HAL adjustables is broken!

Was at the track the other night and went to change my shock settings. Left side clicked all the way to the softest setting and was good to go, but when I went to set the right side I turned the **** and no clicking I turned it back the other way and it clicked once and then was too tight to turn again.....so I turned it the other way again (making it softer) and the **** came out! It leaked some fluid, and luckily I managed to put the **** back in, but the shock is stuck on the stiffest setting Anybody know how to fix this? or is it gonna have to be rebuilt?

I was thinkiong of buying these at one time so It would be good to know if they are break prone or wear out quickly.

I had to get one rebuilt because it was leaking; QA1 wouldn't cover it under warranty and it only had 10K miles on it. cost me $84. Naake Suspension Specialists, Roseville, CA (916) 771-0109

This happened to me. I was told the linkage came off in the shock. I had to return it, the repair was free.
