I just got a 1997 z28. The driverside rear park brake does not engage. The ebrake cable pulls on the spring mechanism at the caliper like it should but the wheel still spins freely. The service brake works at that corner but the parking brake does not. I am new to these style of brakes.

What would be wrong in this case with the caliper mechanism and are there any instructions for fixing it?
