HELP Lower ball joint fit?

HELP Lower ball joint fit?
Anyone have issues putting in lower ball joint on a 97 F body? Seems like the ball joint press tool is bottomed out but there is probably a 1/64 of a inch or so gap in the back? looking at the ones that came out it looks like it was'nt seated all the way around? Is this common? Is it a big deal?
