HELP car darts on the road randomly.

hey everyone. i recently replaced the short block and while i had it all out i replaced my a arm bushings, ball joints, tie rod ends, all that good stuff. got my a arms and most my suspension powder coated. since its been on the road i had the tie rods replaced and had the alignment checked manually with a tape. its dead on. car drives straight. just every now and then it will all the sudden dart one way or the other. its worse in the rain. it will dart enough if i dont watch closely i could run off the road. emphasis on could. it doesnt dart sharply but it does dart.....could use some help on this one. everything that can wear has been replaced.

If I had to guess, I'd say a loose control arm bolt. Other then that, I'd set the alignment for +4 caster, -0.5 camber, 1/32 toe and see what happens.

After checking over everything to make sure it's tight, you need to get the front end aligned with a computerized alignment machine. You can't measure caster and camber with a tape measure. And you often can't even get a great reading for toe with one either. Excessive toe out can cause the car to "dart" over uneven surfaces. Caster stagger over .5* can cause a drift, excessive camber stagger can sometimes cause a drift as well. An alignment is much cheaper then replacing tires for premature wear.
