HAL 12 point adjustable shocks????s

Just got done installing my Hal rear shocks and I have a few Questions. Is it ok for the rods to be exposed?? Which way should I positions the adjuster ****?? Both sides look very close to hitting the rear sway bar and the lower control arms.

Hal (QA1) makes adjustable shocks for both the front and rear for the 4th Gen. They're mainly a drag style of shock; I would not recommend them for canyon carving. I had them for about 2 years and swapped them out for revalved Bilsteins to get my corner carving back.

set all the way to 12 they are very firm much more so then stockers. I can't tell you how they compare to any other aftermarket shock.
