Grinding noise while turning left

I have a grinding noise when I turn the car left. I had the brakes totally redone a few weeks ago and it showed up about a week after they were done. Any ideas on what it is?

Put the car up on jack stands and free spin the wheel with the car turned all the way to the lock. Might be the caliper or dragging brake pad. Could also be the hub...

Sorry, i forgot to mention that its coming from the left rear. Its WAY more than a squeak, its a full blown grinding noise when I turn left with no power going to the rear. If I am applying the gas, then it seems to go away, but if im off the throttle then it grinds pretty good.
