front control arm poly bushing install HELP! (pics)

I got the poly bushing in the upper control arms no prob, but on each lower control arm the vertical bushing does not fit!!! There seems to be a sleeve in the hole, is this sleeve supposed to come out... look at these pics so you can understand it better...

I had the same question about a month ago. I took it to carquest and the guy said the metal sleeve had to be pressed out. I don't know necessarily that it must be pressed out, but regardless he did it for me. I must emphisize LUBE THE BUSHINGS. If you have them installed for you, be sure you make a point to tell the guy to lube them. He'll probably be a little redneck and take offense. There is a special (lithium?) grease made. Oil will not be good enough, it will make you car squeak. A lot. Like mine.
