Differences between Z28 and SS suspension

I was wondering if you could refresh me on the differences in suspension on 01-02 cars... I have an SS with the SLP bilstein ultra package,, I'll let you know what my car has...

Bilstein Ultra

Springs: SLP Spec Eibach Progressive
Shocks: SLP Spec Bilstein
F. Sway: 35mm hollow
R. Sway: 21mm solid

Stiffer F + R sway bushings. Stiffer busings in the front a-arms. Can't remember any other differences, so if you know of any please throw them in for the bilstein package.

Z28 suspension?

SS suspension?

Some had the ILE springs that were left over, and you can tell, because the ones that do, sit pretty high in the rear. Otherwise, Basicly all they used were

Bilstein HD Shocks/struts
Eibach Pro Kit Springs
32 Front hollow
21 Rear hollow

Thats basicly it.

Re: Differences between Z28 and SS suspension

The SS package, in 2001 & 02 some SS's had the 1LE springs. The others just had the Bilstein HD shocks/struts, Eibach Prokit springs, 32 & 21 mm sway bars. I talked to SLP when I was to my suspension work, and asked what springs they used on the SS's. My dad has an 01 SS that came with 1LE springs, sits a little higher than most. As far as I know, they really didn't touch any bushings stuff. All GM, SLP is rubber, not poly. Everything else is pretty much as the Z28. Some SS's didn't even get the whole setup, just the badging, hood, spoiler, exhaust system. Your pretty much paying for the look very little performance difference.
