Cutting out or removing interior metal - how?

I've gutted the interior and am trying to remove the panels that are tac-welded on that supported: the rear selt belts, the rear seat lock, the rear cushions, and a few other welded on plates that look removable. My question is what is the easiest way to get these out? I have tried grinding just on the tac weld and that takes a long time. Someone suggested some sort of snippers? A cold chisel and big hammer? I'm afriad that would dent up the necessary framework. Torch them out w/ plasma cutter? - that too may damage the hull.

Any thoughts would help. And any other panels I can remove would be great information. FWIW I've pulled out over 300 free pounds. I'm looking for another 100. Then it will cost me to remove weight.

Cut-off wheel on a grinder? Air hammer with proper bit? Probably some other choices out there, too.

I have not had it on a scale. I plan on it this month though. I'll post up the weight when I weigh it.

Did u try a spotweld cutter/bit? You use it like a drill bit but its made just for spot welds.
