curiousity-braking pressure

does anyone know about how much pressure the calipers have to provide? i know it would be different for different speeds. but if you can shine some light on the matter it would help.

Re: curiousity-braking pressure

i couldnt give u that answer in psi, because there are other factors like piston diameter and weight of the vehicle, but rule of thumb, at 40mph or so, u should be able to lock your brakes with the pedal too the floor
