Cleaning Rotors

I have drilled/slotted rotors and they are like coated so they dont rust but i left them out in the rain for a while not mounted on the car so they obviously rusted what should i use to get it off?

mount them on the car... your brakes take it off..... ever notice you rotors after it rains? they rust there too... jst driving with them, and gets it off
