Can QA1's be adjusted for autocross and lowered?

I have QA1 single adjustable shocks all the way around with drag springs up front and Eibach's in the rear. The ride is not the best. I don't mind it being harsh, but the rear will hop over speedbumps. On top of that the front has a little bounce as I go down the street with the drag springs. That isn't too bad, but it is there. How can I get the lowered stance without the choppiness?

Are the FRONT Hal street or autocross springs better than stockers? (I can adjust ride height with any of them.)

What can I do to lower the rear for the street?
