Caliper Painting

Im painting my calipers. Any recamendations to what kind of paint to use? As well as any good/easy way to clean and prep the calipers?

VHT has a caliper paint which appears to be good. It's spray on.

And Dupli-Color offers a brush-on paint that works ok too.

Just clean them good with brake part cleaner and a toothbrush, then mask what you don't want to paint, and go to town.

Multiple coats will make them look better.

Can i get the paint at pepboys or autozone? or do i have to order it online?

Sent you a PM... of my caliper using Dupli-Color. oh btw, I got the paint from Pepboy's.

I used the Dupli color kit on the 95 firebird and it worked really well, much better than I thought it would.
I also have a 95 V6 bird for those who care.
