C5 Hoses on an LT1

putting together a C5 upgraded kit, and need to know what lines are needed?

Can I use C5 hoses on an LT1 or do I just use LS1 hoses?

thanks

LS1 hoses are shorter than the C5. I used C5 hoses when I upgraded to LS1 brakes and are a perfect length so you don't have to touch the hard brake lines as others have mentioned when doing this upgrade on LT1 cars.

I thought that is what I have remembered someone saying (but wasn't quite sure). I mentioned it on another thread in the recent past.

Another option is our DOT C5 brake conversion hoses we have built with the help of Blaine Fabrication to adapt the LT1 cars to our C5 conversion brackets. They use OEM fit fittings so they are a true DOT hose without the need to file the brackets. This is the link to them.
