c5 brake conversion
budget brake uprgade, parts list:
*http://members.aol.com/diels1/brackets $100 on ebay
*http://www.partsamerica.com/ProductD...pe=221&PTSet=A $22 each
*I bought z06 calipers from local wrecker for $150 for both
*pads also from kragen but i didn't get the cheapest $75 for ceramic
*http://www.gmpartsdirect.com/ $100 for abutement brackets
Hardest part was getting the bolts in the right size, Banjo bolts guide pin and the rest of the hardware can be reused. the spindle, the actual cut wasent hard but knowing i can't go back to stock if this mod fails or gets paused because the store wasent open was the other hardest part thanks for looking. I got pics comming tomorrow
