Bump Steer Adjust.tie Rod Set

Am putting on Sam Strano's Bilstein HD -revalved Shocks, with my
Eibach Pro-Kit 1.3" lowering springs for my 95 Z28 LT1. Along with
Traclink, 35mm Front Sway bar etc.
On a couple of aftermarket sites =RkSport, and Year One, they
suggest purchasing a "Bump Steer adust. tie rod set" for $144.00.
Purpose= to correct geometry between tie rod end and Spindle to
mimic factory settings.for lowered cars.
IS THIS A VALID RECOMMENDATION?, or is it a waste of money?

1995 Z28 LT1 Red/ Black Ttop, too much to list...Thanks
