braking problems

hey , i have 1994 trans am with the lt1 and i am currently experienceing braking issues. when i first start out ,the brakes are excellant, but when they get some heat in them the pedal feels spungy and it starts pulsating and the whole car is rocking forward and back coming to a stop at very low speeds, hardly notice it at higer speeds. i just replaced the the front brake pads and the back ones still had a good amount left. i also replaced the front rotors and agian the back rotors were in good shape. i checked the fluid and it is where it should be.

Re: braking problems

did you bed the rotors? did you clean the rotors before you put it all back together. they come with a rust preventative glaze on them and if you didnt spray it off then you probably warped them...they sound warped.

if you bled the brakes and there is no air in there check your lines for bulging. you may have a near broken line.
