Brakes Clunking

Hi everyone i'm new here. just bought a 95 z28 and when i reverse or go forward at slow speeds the rear brakes seem to clunk. It feels and sounds almost like the pads are grabbing the rotors then letting go. Can someone help me with this? Also the problem occurs even more when i'm turning hard left or right. Other than that the brakes seem to work fine and don't squeek. Any help would be appreciated

are you sure the clunking is not comming from the torque arm or tranny mount?
