Brake system fluid capacity?

Hello,

Does anyone know what the capacity is for the entire brake system in an 96 F-body is? (and also a 97 k1500 if you happen to know?) I imagine it's listed in the capacities section in the owners manual, but unfortunatly my manual is about 15,000 miles away right now. . . . I'm ordering new brake fluid and plan to flush the complete system when i installmy new brakes, but at $70/ltr, I Don't want to buy any more or less than I have to!

Thanks,
-Justin

Less than a quart I think.. I know one can of superblue flushed my whole system with fuild left over. If you are changing fuild that you can see the color change, then it won't take a lot. When I change the fluid with the same color/brand I usually over do with with just over a quart.

Thanks! -I'll get 3 can's, and use 1.5/veh. -That should ensure it all gets flushed.
