Talking is the brake setup for 98+ v6 camaros/firebirds the same for the V8's?

Hey guys, Just wondering if the 98+ V6 camaro brake setup (large rotors, 2 piston calipers) is the same setup that goes into the V8 TransAm's and Z28's

looking to do a LS1 brake upgrade

thanks!

Well, did some more research and it looks like the 2000 Firebird and TransAm share the same rotor ... same part number on autozone site so I'd assume that its correct.... any other info would be great

thanks!
