question about stock springs

Do springs eventually wear out? i have 130k on the car just wondering if i should find a cheap replacement when i go to change my shocks

I dont know if the previous owner had a few fat girlfriends, but my passanger side rear spring has gotten to the point it rides on the bump stop whenever I have even a small skinny person on that side. So yeah.. They do.

would the ride be improved if i used newer springs...my car isnt sagging..just wondering if i should replace them

I don't know the answer for sure but I assume that any spring will fatigue over time. You can still get a pair of front springs from SLP for $25

Why are upper shock mounts sooo expensive for such a small piece????
