brake grinding

just today i noticed that when i come to a stop, i can hear grinding on my brakes. when i came home i looked at the rotors and noticed they have scratchs running around the rotor. does this mean i need new brake pads or what?

Re: brake grinding

You needed new brake pads a while ago. You might need new rotors now too.

Re: brake grinding

if u do it urself the parts will cost you about, 20 bucks for a cheap set of pads and maybe 40 bucks for a single rotor, looking at 100, if ur getting it done, alot more

those prices are guesses i havent bought pads and rotors for my car in a while
