brake fluid flush--cant get 1 caliper bled

today i flushed the brake fluid in my 94z (fluid looke like used oil). everything went good till the front passenger caliper. it stoped sucking fluid, i used mityvac. well while it had vacuum and with the bleed screw loose i pumped the brakes thinking it had some trash in there blocking it and i could push it through. came back around and there was no vacuum and i assume it sucked alot of air in the system. now i cant pull fluid through it only air. i been pumping the mityvac for like an hour trying to get fluid and i only get a little bit with mostly air. anyway i can fix this faster or do i need to just keep pumping. i figured after an hour it wasnt going to work.

what can i do?

On a car that old, the brake hose could be collapsing.

Yep. In recent years this seems to be more common than it used to be. Sometimes they will literally form a one way valve when they collapse allowing fluid to go only one direction.
