BMR Manual Brake Master Cylinder
BMR Manual Brake Master Cylinder
I just purchased a BMR manual brake master cylinder to help make room for the Vortech after cooler. The master cylinder is from Strange, and specifically indicates that the rear port on the master flows more fluid, and should be connected to the front set of calipers for anything other than drag racing.
Is the stock master cylinder the same setup? Can anyone verify which port on the ABS pump is for the front brakes?

Re: BMR Manual Brake Master Cylinder
If you have the 96 factory service manual (should be identical to 1997), the pipes from the master to the combination valve are shown on page 5-11.
On the master, rear port (toward firewall))is for front brakes, front port is for rear brakes.
On combination valve, front brake line connects to front port, rear brake line connects to rear port.
