Question Best way to Bleed Brakes

I just did a search on this topic. And I've seen some people say you need to get a TechII to bleed the brakes on a car with traction control. Is this true? How do you bleed the ABS unit?

Also, I'm doing the LS1 brake upgrade. What's the best way to bleed your brakes? Are the Earl's Solo Bleeders any good? I might be alone when I finish up the install.

Thanks a lot.
