Bad clunk need help tons.

I replaced all the front suspension in my 97 z28... energy poly pushings in the upper and lower control arms, upper and lower ***** joints... koni adjustable shock/struts, hotchkis 1" lowering springs.

Since i have got it back on the road there is a really bad clunking going on over uneven roads and bumpy sections. I have had it in the shop for 4 days they thought they fixed it twice, was a no go. They took everything out, checked over bushings and all bolts. Nothing fixed.

Rack and pinion was going out so i thought why not, changed it, it fixed my steering problem but the clunk is still there. It comes from both sides, drivers and passenger. Heres the catch. It does it mostly when the engine gets to normal operating temp at about 180. I dont get it, it heats up then suspension starts clunking? does anyone have any idea at all i am at a total loss and want my camaro back... driving a 96 cavalier just isnt getting the job done hehe

thanks
