ABS Question - Invovling Rear End Swap Different Channels

I dropped in a rear end from a different year Z/28 since it had 3.73's and a Zexel posi. Its a 4 channel ABS from my understanding and it seems at times like my brakes arent what they used to be. It think it was a 96 Z and mine is a 94 Z. My ABS light is on, since the plug in the rear is not plugged in.

Is there any way to fix this?
Is my ABS on front brakes working just not the rear or are all not on ABS?
Can programming help at all?

If it helps, when I run my car up on ramps and stop when I get to the top, the fronts stop and the car will just slide on the ramps until I yank the E-brake to stop the rear wheels.

It doesnt bother me a ton, but I just want to know my options.
