ABS INOP due to dyno?

I went to the dyno two days ago and here was what happened..

I give him the keys everything is check.. he pulls it in the shop.. i watch him hook everything up.. I watch him dyno it.. he pulls it out.. hands me the keys and says peace... I get in.. ABS INOP is on.. and its still on.

What do you think could have happened in that time?

My ABS INOPS light was on when i went on to the dyno to. When i came off the dyno it went off.

I think it just a dyno thing, at least in my case

Mine came on during the dyno run, but I shut the car off and started it again and the light was gone. The ABS freaks out because it thinks something is wrong with the wheel speed sensors.

The ABS system monitors wheel movement; if the rear wheels are turning and the fronts aren't, like on the dyno , then the system thinks something is wrong. Of course, once you get off the dyno, the system should know things are back to normal. It's possible in your case that when they strapped down the car they damaged the cable/connection to the ABS in the top of the differential. Inspect the cable/connector.

exactly... I've seen it happen several times before. they throw the strap over the axle on the driver side and strap the car down. Not knowing they threw the strap over the wiring harness that goes from the car to the rear axle housing (on 3 channel ABS cars), when they tightened the straps they rip the wires out. You probably just need a new harness.
