I just purchased a '96 Z28 for a track car at Watking Glen. I want to swap out the rubber brake lines for SS but ..........

...... there are (6) rubber hoses and all the SS kits I found show either (4) or (5) SS lines, but no (6) line kit.

Any suggestions as to what I could buy?

 

6 rubber lines?!?!? where?

1 each front wheel, 1 each rear wheel, and 1 between the chassis and rear axle.

 

There are two (2) steel lines coming to the rearend from the front of the car (not just one). Each of these steel lines ends before the rearend and then connect with rubber hoses to two steel lines on the rear itself. The two lines independently feed the RR and LR brake calipers all the way from the front.

 

I am assuming the dual brake lines from the front have something to do with either the traction control or anti-lock.

 

You have a car with traction which uses 6 hoses. This is what you need below.
