94 Z easiest way to replace lower control arm front?

Done several searches.....

Anyone?

easiest? Plasma cutter.

how rusty is the car?

remove the front wheels.
You'll need to remove the anti-sway bar endlinks from both sides, then tip the sway bar up out of the way.

remove the brake rotor / caliper.

remove the 2 bolts that hold the strut to the lower a-arm

Now you'll need to remove the lower ball joint from the spindle. Removing the hub first makes access to the castle nut for the ball joint easier.

Lastly, remove the 2 bolts that hold the control arm to the engine cradle.
