If your going to be replacing the bushings why bother replacing the complete control arm next year? I've never replaced those bushings on an F-body but they should be pretty simple once you get the arm out. Having access to a press will help a lot.
you going to be replacing the upper and lower control arm bushings with poly bushings? i used the prothane bushings when i rebuilt the front end last year. once you have the control arms off you have to burn out the old bushings with a torch and scrape them clean with solvent or something. Lube up all the poly bushings, the uppers you kinda have to press in with the sleeves installed (i used a 2-4 and hammer) and the lowers just kinda fit in place where the stock bushings use to be. it took about a day for me cause i did one side at a time and replaced the upper balljoints, shocks, springs, and tie rod ends.
