93 z28 advice/help needed

I just picked up a 93 z for my birthday and am really excited. It has had mods to suspension to make it "ride on rails"....It has eibach lowering springs 3/4 inch, kyb agx adjustable struts. Its very bumpy ride. I know I cant get cadillac ride on z28 but my citys roads are so rough. What can i do to make it as smooth as possible. Also I have 17" zo6 wheels with low pro tires.

obvious thing would be to try adjusting the shocks.

other than that...return the springs to stock. it will still handle well with upgraded shocks on stock springs.

also, check the tire pressure. too much air can make for a rough ride.
